Good info to know: no US passport required.
See details & pictures in my post.
- Day 1 – Fly into San Juan, Puerto Rico. Asked the locals where to eat & what to do. We visited the San Juan National Historic Site, walked around downtown & found some great local places to eat.
- Day 2 – Island hop flight to Saint Croix. We picked an all-inclusive resort & enjoyed our time relaxing on the beach and around the resort.
- Day 3 – We walked into town and found a cab driver who would drive us all around the island. We made it to Udall Point (further east point in the “US”). We got to see the whole island and had a great time. Found a local restaurant then walked back to the resort.
- Day 4 – Island hop flight back to Puerto Rico. This is where my lack of research & planning showed why I should stick to what I do best. We picked a hotel in a different part of San Juan. It was a much more commercial area. It was also more populated and less clean. We still walked around the area and found fun things to do.
- Day 5 – flight home.
